We’ve always had an interest in adapting to the new channels of communication and be prepared to master the tools that keep coming up every day. Our philosophy has led us to successfully collaborate with our clients, by leading and guiding them in this constant-changing era.
THE LEADERS
Jorge Flores
CEO - Marketer / Filmmaker
Founder and creative director of Minaret, Jorge Flores has produced and directed more than 10 short films by the age of 23; for which he has won multiple national awards. Jorge began performing as a teenager in acting and contemporary dancing; he then started to experiment and to study filmmaking in the city of Tijuana; later he won a scholarship to study at Cuba’s International Film and Television School.
Meanwhile, he prepared himself to learn about the world of business and administration as a graduate from Marketing Administration, with Summa Cum Laude and a medal of honor. He recently completed a postgraduate course in Political Marketing issued by the prestigious Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He currently collaborates with different members of Baja’s health tourism sector, by working on marketing strategies that will captivate new international patients.
Alejandra Villanueva
COO - Graphic Designer
Project manager and internal workflow developer, Alejandra is an Engineer in Digital Graphic Design, a major studied partly in Tijuana, Mexico and during her International Exchange Program at Barcelona, Spain. She graduated Cum Laude and also studied a course in Filmmaking.
