This center focuses on the Medical Tourism sector in the city of Tijuana, Mexico, offering different medical and surgical services. The company needed an optimized and thorough marketing plan focused on attracting a greater number of patients from the United States and Canada.

Strategy

As a comprehensive marketing plan, it began with the Internal Analysis of the company where strategies of Inbound Marketing, Positioning and Leads acquisition were worked on.

Results

Through the redesign of the website, the creation of content and its distribution through campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads, Bariatric Center has received a great number of patients, for different medical procedures, but mostly bariatric surgeries.
