MEET OUR TEAM
JORGE FLORES
Founder and Creative Director of Minaret, Jorge Flores has directed and produced over 10 short films by the age of 28, winning multiple national awards. He has received artistic training in acting, contemporary dance, and directing in Tijuana and at the International School of Film and Television in San Antonio de los Baños, Cuba.
Simultaneously, he has developed expertise in business and administration, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with Summa Cum Laude honors and additional distinctions. He also holds a diploma in Political Campaigns from the Tecnológico de Monterrey. Currently, he collaborates with distinguished members of the medical sector in Tijuana, working on their corporate image and advising on the use of new social marketing tools.
Alejandra Villanueva
As the Project and Internal Process Administrator at Minaret, Alejandra Villanueva holds a degree in Digital Graphic Design, completed both in Tijuana and for a semester in Barcelona, Catalunya. She graduated with Cum Laude honors and also holds a diploma in Cinematographic Production.
Alejandra brings over 6 years of experience in Corporate Video Production, Social Media Videos, and Documentaries. She manages logistics and shooting plans during pre-production for numerous projects and serves as the First Assistant Director on set.
